Flexible training tailored to your needs

Bloomsbury author Deborah Lambert provides accredited flexible and creative outdoor professional development for teachers and schools, working with the DfE Teachers' Professional Development Standards to promote effective teaching and learning outdoors, focussing on 21st-century competencies, highlighting the importance of  communication, collaboration and critical thinking. 


School staff training sessions can range from a one-hour staff meeting, 2-3 hour twilight session or whole day; supporting you and your colleagues to confidently adopt an outdoor learning approach to deliver creative and engaging learning  activities across the whole school.  


Choose your focus and curriculum areas and let us do the rest - a training plan will be sent to you for your approval prior to the training.
